Stefano Ratti
Vice President, Business Operations

As Vice President for business operations at ADAGE, Stefano Ratti leads the marketing and communication, technical services, development engineering, government relations, and strategic planning functions.

Prior to joining ADAGE, Ratti held management positions at AREVA, focusing on business planning, business development and strategic analysis, with a particular attention to the U.S. nuclear recycling program and to renewable energies.

Ratti began his professional career at General Electric, Power Systems Division, in Florence, Italy, developing gas-to-liquids technologies. He then became Assistant Director at the Center for Environmental Energy Engineering at the University of Maryland, with a focus on distributed generation systems. Subsequently, he spent over five years in management consulting, first as a consultant with Arthur D. Little, Inc., and then as a consultant and project leader at the Boston Consulting Group. During this period, he served clients in various industries. In addition to the energy industry, he worked in industrial goods, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, government, telecommunications, and retail.

Ratti received an advanced degree, magna cum laude, in Mechanical and Energy Systems Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan. He also holds a master's degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
