Jean Merveilleux du Vignaux
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Jean Merveilleux du Vignaux joined AREVA in 1997. He worked six years at the group's trading floor in Paris, France, where he was in charge of financial operations for the hedging of financial risks associated with the FX and the commodity markets. He also managed the asset portfolios of the group on the security markets and dealt with strategies of funding for AREVA.
In 2003, he was appointed corporate treasurer for AREVA in North America where he implemented a cash pooling system for all American and Canadian AREVA affiliates. In September 2005, he joined Transnuclear, Inc. as vice president and chief financial officer.
Merveilleux du Vignaux graduated from the French University Paris-Dauphine with a master's degree in financial management and a post graduate diploma in capital markets and commodities.
